A whole blue fin tuna is brought to the pass and broken down by hand — the right knife, the right cuts, one unbroken sequence. Guests at the counter spoon fresh tartare off the bones before anything else hits a plate.
Then the meal begins. Five courses built entirely from the fish in front of you, finishing with signature TEMAE sushi on wood-fire smoked rice.

Book your ticketYes — please let us know in advance when booking. Some courses are built around specific cuts of tuna and may be difficult to substitute, but we'll always do our best to adapt where we can.
The Whole Tuna Showcase is a ticketed event. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable — if you can't make it, you're welcome to pass your ticket to a friend. Contact us as soon as possible at reservations@kokin.co.uk if plans change.
Yes. Private group bookings are available for parties of 8 or more, with a few optional add-ons. Email reservations@kokin.co.uk with your preferred dates and we'll come back to you.
